Shipping & Returns
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Every product on this site fulfills from a US-based warehouse, which is why delivery is faster than typical overseas dropshipping — usually 3–5 business days once your order ships.
Order processing
Orders are typically handed to our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days of purchase. You can check your order status any time on our order tracking page using your order number and the email you checked out with.
Returns & refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@anatryx.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Change of mind
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually cancel and refund it in full.
